Project description:It is necessary to conduct desk research and compile a list of relevant grant opportunities for a Ukrainian technology company.
What needs to be done:
Based on the input data about the company's activities (sector, product, technologies), find active grant programs, accelerators, and tenders in EU countries and from international funds.
Check each found program for fit: whether the company's profile meets the donor's eligibility criteria.
Select only those grants where the deadlines allow for the preparation of a quality application.
Deliverable:A table or report containing:
The name of the program and a link to the official documentation (Guidelines).
The amount of funding and the submission deadline.
A brief justification (2-3 sentences) of why this grant fits our case.
Key requirements for the applicant (country, stage, presence of partners).
Who I am looking for:A specialist who has experience working with grant portals (for example, Funding & Tenders Portal) and understands the difference between grants for R&D, innovation, and business development. Proficiency in English sufficient for analyzing the legal documentation of funds is mandatory.
Payment: I am ready to discuss a fixed rate for preparing a quality list (for example, TOP-10 validated opportunities).

Work plan:
1. Input data. You send a brief company card (in writing, a couple of paragraphs): sector, product/technology, TRL, team size, country of registration, target funding amount, whether ready for a consortium. This is enough for filtering.
2. Search and first-pass screening. I go through the sources:
… — EU Funding & Tenders Portal (Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, Eurostars, Digital Europe).
— EUREKA, LIFE, Innovation Fund, Creative Europe — depending on the profile.
— EU4Business, USAID, NEFCO, NIB, EBRD, EIB — for projects with a Ukrainian focus.
— International funds: Open Society, Bill & Melinda Gates, DAAD, Wellcome Trust — based on thematic relevance.
— National agencies of EU countries, accelerators (Techstars, Startup Wise Guys), venture programs with a grant component.
3. Fit-check. For each program, I record eligibility, markets, consortium requirements, TRL, budget, co-financing. I filter out everything that does not meet formal criteria.
4. Deliverable — Google Sheets / XLSX with columns: Program name, Sponsor, Link to Guidelines, Deadline (cut-off), Total budget + individual grant size, Co-financing %, Eligibility (short), Fit-check verdict (Fit / Partial fit / Needs consortium), Required documents, Expected preparation time, Next step.
5. Brief summary report (1–2 pages) — top 5 priority programs with justification for why these.
Cost: 6,000 UAH for the first research (20–30 relevant programs in the table + summary). Deadline 5–7 working days from the moment of receiving the company card.
Before starting, I will clarify in the comments to the project: sector, geography of registration (UA or EU), target amount, readiness to participate in a consortium with EU partners.
