Two separate drawings are required:
A. INVESTOR MASTERPLAN (PRESENTATION)
Goal: sale / investor / visual perception
Requirements:

organic, bionic (Zaha Hadid / landscape fluid)
NOT allowed:
straight lines without reason
“square master plan”
Must reflect:
1. Buildings:
- Main house: ~1400–1600 sqft (up to 2000 sqft with terrace) a footprint will be provided
- Guest unit: ~350 sqft (≈560 sqft with terrace)
a footprint of both houses along with terraces will be provided
2. Zones:
* lake (~4m diameter/ oval/.. / to be specified)
SPA:
hot tub
sauna
fire pit area
gazebo
terraces
parking (~5–6 cars)
mafis
3. Roads and surfaces:
driveway (entrance) gravel
walkways:
- gravel + concrete slabs

distances between objects
4. Terrain: contour lines (from topographic survey)
