The project should include: 2–3 types of villas (with layouts and 3D model), a restaurant building, a lobby/reception, parking, pedestrian paths, a shared pool, and a master plan with the placement of all elements. The project must consider the features of the terrain, be functional, and aesthetically appealing. The work is aimed at investors and future guests of the complex, planned as a rental property and boutique hotel. Expected result: a detailed master plan, architecture and layouts of the villas, a high-quality 3D model of the entire complex in Revit or ArchiCAD, adapted to local conditions and modern eco-style.
