Делал ранее подобные генераторы с генерацией файлов pdf и ссылкой на подсчет для конкретного покупателя.
По технологиям - на laravel+vuejs, если это важно.
Цену и сроки написал с потолка, для детальной оценки нужно более подробное описание работы конструктора КП.

Добрый день! Слово генератор предполагает что на основе шаблона будет создаваться автоматически множество лендингов-КП? Из описания задачи этого не следует. По описанию создаём вручную каждое КП. Для этого подойдёт почти стандартный функционал CMS WordPress c небольшими доработками.
