B2B sales generation and client management for 30 days
We are looking for a salesperson for a B2B FinTech product. The work is remote, based on a ready-made client database from incoming requests (not outreach) and a clearly structured sales process. We do not consider studios, agencies, or teams.
We are a FinTech project working with payment infrastructure, aggregators, and B2B clients. The product is aimed at companies in the payment and financial industry, with an already formed funnel, materials, and processes. Your task is to scale sales through personal work with already incoming leads.
The essence of the work is to guide B2B clients through a ready-made flow: from the first contact to the target stage.
Responsibilities
Work with the provided B2B client database.
Initial communication and qualification based on specified criteria.
Conduct online demos of the FinTech product:
according to a detailed script,
using ready-made presentations and materials.
Further client management through Telegram chat:
answers to questions,
guidance through stages,
bringing the client to the target result.
Fixing the client's status and results of interaction.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in B2B sales of at least 1 year (FinTech / SaaS / IT is a big plus).
Ability to conduct structured demos without improvisation.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and logic of working with leads.
Confident business communication (RU, EN is a plus).
Experience working with Telegram as a work channel.
Independence, discipline, result orientation.
Willingness to strictly follow scripts and regulations.
Payment Conditions
Fixed payment for work.
Additional reward for each client brought in.
The final payment model is discussed individually with each performer.

Call centers and mass calling.

Formal approach without engagement in results.

Дальнейшее ведение клиента через Telegram-чат:
ответы на вопросы,
сопровождение по этапам,
доведение клиента до целевого результата.
Фиксация статуса клиента и результатов взаимодействия.
Требования к кандидату
Опыт B2B-продаж от 1 года (FinTech / SaaS / IT — большой плюс).
Умение проводить структурированные демо без импровизаций.
Понимание воронки B2B-продаж и логики работы с лидами.
Уверенная деловая коммуникация (RU, EN — будет плюсом).
Опыт работы с Telegram как рабочим каналом.
Самостоятельность, дисциплина, ориентация на результат.
Готовность строго следовать скриптам и регламентам.
Условия оплаты
Фиксированная оплата за работу.
Дополнительное вознаграждение за каждого доведённого клиента.
