PDF generation (Airtable - PDFMonkey)
A tool needs to be implemented for calculating rental profitability and generating PDF proposals based on Airtable.
There is a layout in Figma, formulas for calculating commissions, taxes (VAT), and net profit, as well as data with base prices and seasonal coefficients by month.
It is necessary to set up the airtable database, relationships (Relations), and formulas for automatically pulling prices depending on location and season, and to pass all this to pdfmonkey for template generation.
Optional integration with Airtable and PDFMonkey

I have studied your task and the example report. To avoid overpaying for expensive service rates, I propose a hybrid scheme that combines the convenience of the interface and free automation.
My recommendation for tool selection:
Airtable — YES (for the database). This is the best option for convenient input of prices and coefficients. We will use the free plan, focusing solely on data storage (locations, seasons, base cost). This will allow you to easily make changes without a programmer.
PDFMonkey — IN QUESTION. This is a good service, but it is paid. I suggest replacing it with a Python generator (HTML to PDF). This will allow for free creation of complex reports with graphs and tables of any design.
Internal Airtable automation — NO. The paid Airtable plans are expensive precisely because of the automations. I will move all the calculation logic (VAT, commissions, seasonality) to an external server in Docker (using n8n or Python).
