Portrait generation in sketch using AI (Python, Ai, Machine Learning)

Task Create a browser application that will open on a tablet. 

The essence of the application is to take a photo of a person and create a contour drawing from the photo using neural networks.

How it should work. 

1. A person approaches the tablet, sees an outline of the face (contour) on the screen 

2. Touching the screen, a window "Get your sketch on" appears. 

3. A countdown starts and the person is photographed. If the photo is not liked, another one is taken. 

4. Next, a loading screen appears and at that moment the photo turns into a sketch drawing with minimal outlines as in the example and is instantly sent to email.  The drawing format on a white background is simple face outlines in SVG file format.

5. At the moment when the photo is generated into a drawing and sent to email, there is an animation on the screen showing the transformation and the person waits for their drawing. (We must control the time ourselves. 

6. After the set time, the application returns to the first point. 

7. The drawing is sent to print

It is important to follow the functionality sequence. 

The person takes a photo from the front camera of the tablet

The program removes the background and generates a caricature face drawing (on the first try) 

Then it sends this in an SVG file to email

This drawing automatically goes to print.

The entire process of sending the drawing to email should take up to 3 minutes

It is important in this task to have experience working with neural networks for generating photos through Prompt requests.
