Install Git server GOGS on Ubuntu

I need a script that will install a GitHub clone on Ubuntu 24 https://gogs.io/;
according to this instruction https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install-and-configure-gogs-on-ubuntu-18-04/ or any other. Everything there is elementary, but I don't have the time or desire to figure out how to make the installer files go into the /var/www/html/xxx folder instead of the home folder (I have other sites in the /var/www/html/ folder, and I want this one to be there too)
In general, I need a script that will download the installer to the /var/www/html/xxx folder and launch the web installer on port 3001, and then I will handle everything else myself. (port 3000 is already occupied)
Please suggest timelines and costs
