Google Ads setup for spiritual consulting services (search ads)

I want to promote my spiritual consulting services in Ukraine and Poland with Search Ads in Google. I have already created Google Ads account, Google Tag Manager account and Google Analytics account. I have also website on Taplink.at and another version on Tilda.ws. I have prepared ad texts but I can't pass moderation. A Google Ads support manager gave me some info how to fix my issues, but I can't understand and need a Google Ads expert. I want someone to help me to pass Google Ads moderation: make changes in keywords, targeting, website etc. The positive result of my work is passed Google Ads moderation for search ad campaign with my offer.
