У Вас есть сайт. На котром есть карта. На карте надо отображать полигоны из базы организации. По клике по полигону должно отображаться название последнего.

Не совсем. Отображаться название должно, если пользователь поставил метку, если она в полигоне. В описании проекта дам ссылку на сайт, зарегистрируйтесь и нажмите на "Добавить метку". Снизу будет карта, где нужно поставить метку
