I'm looking for a Google Workspace expert to help us consolidate and migrate multiple Google Workspaces.
Here’s what we need:
Scope of Work:
Consolidate 3 active Google Workspace tenants into 1 new master Workspace.
Move all users, including:
Full Gmail email history (including labels and threading)
My Drive contents (user drives)
Shared Drives (Team Drives)
Google Contacts and Calendars
Add all 3 old domains into the new Workspace as secondary domains.
Create Organizational Units (OUs) to separate each original Workspace into its own structure.
Permissions Setup:
Set up Shared Drives so that:
Users can only delete files they personally uploaded.
Users cannot delete or modify files uploaded by others.
Create appropriate admin and user roles based on organizational needs.
Requirements:
Full preservation of file structures, ownership, permissions, and email history.
Minimal downtime and smooth cutover.
Experience working with:
Google Data Migration Service (DMS)
Google Drive Migrate
Domain removal and reattachment
Shared Drive access controls
Deliverables:
Fully working unified Google Workspace environment.
User migration mapping (Old accounts → New accounts).
Shared Drive migration mapping and permissions verification.
Correct Organizational Unit structure.
Final documentation of all work done.
