Gravity Social, small updates needed quickly - flutter & mongodb

Gravity Social Calendar is social media where friends can only post events for their contacts to join, no invites, it's a bulletin board filtered by restricting lists of their contacts & interests.

There are a few small changes to my app I'm hoping to commit in a couple of days.  My developer is taking a break to work on open-source projects.  I have plans for major project updates later and would love to find a trustworthy developer for future projects.  Conversational in English, Flutter, and Mongo is required.

Brief/short list of work: (See below for detailed description)

1.  Change some copywrite on my onboarding screens.
2.  Mark all interest tags as whitelisted during onboarding.
3.  Add a button and menu on event cards to update 2 lists (hide friend & hide interest tag).
4.  Add a button to event creation to create the event silently (friend's phones are all notified when you create, this would add a silent option)
5.  Add an alert badge for icon on navigation bar when new contacts join app
6.  Add animation when loading events on event feed 

Tech stack: flutter with dart, mongodb with typescript.  ios and android stores.

"Story" describes who where when why etc a change is being made

1. see figma for onboarding screens 

2. During onboarding, whitelist all tags when someone confirms their phone number

3. Event cards: add an orange (-) ⛔ button on left edge of card next to TAG, brings up menu: hide NAME {Jon}'s events, hide TAG {tennis} events.  Use these to update tags and contacts status to 'hidden'. Story 🎯 a user in their event feed does not want to see camping events anymore so they press the button on a camping event to hide all camping events from now on because they don't like camping and aren't interested in any camping events, this should un-whitelist the camping tag in their tag list.

NOT SHOWN IN FIGMA: On event create notification: add "Use ⛔ button to control alerts".  Story 🎯 a user is notified that their friend has created an event, they are bothered that gravity has so many notifications.. but instead of hiding notifications on gravity they see that they can control notifications by adjusting their tag list.

4. Create Event Dialogue: change existing button name to "Submit Event 📢" (this button already sends a notification to all friends) and add a button below it to "Submit Event Quietly 🔕" without notification.  Story: 🎯 User presses a button on event create dialog when they want to submit the event without alerting all of their friends, but their friends can see the event in their event feeds

5. Add alert badge: Show the number of new contacts in a red bubble on contact icon.  Add a note on each screen to tap each card to White list.  Story 🎯 when somebody gets new contacts with gravity they are alerted on the navigation bar so that they can hide or add friends to their whitelist, when somebody on boards an account with gravity they will be able to see events sooner because their friends will add them next time they open the app

    Contacts List: Null status on contact cards to read: "new: tap to add"

6. Add animation when loading events on event feed while waiting for server (similar to refresh animation)
