Вечер добрый. Есть частичная реализация в ексель: нужно дополнить и реализовать в Гугл табс, т к. Ексель при совместном доступе и одновременной работе постоянно глючит и происходит сбой и потеря данных.

Валерий, на самом деле нам не принципиально, в какой системе это делать. На данный момент важно, чтобы это работало без сбоев, глюков и потери данных, учитывало все требуемые нюансы по заполнению и отображению данных, не было привязано к локальной сети и желательно не требовало покупки и установки дополнительного ПО.
Если у вас есть предложения, которые учитывают эти требования, мы готовы их рассмотреть.
