исходя из того что у тебя проект в работе в профиле исполнителя, по ходу ты эту страничку делаешь и не можешь потянуть, судя по тому что ценник за весь проект у тебя 10 000, то за данную задачу от силы ты будешь готов заплатить максимум 2000-3000, но там подолбаться больше чем на эту сумму.

на данный момент обсуждаем с заказчицей, если макет не получится переделать под весь горизонтальный скролл, тогда буду брать исполнителя отсюда
Срок на конкретно эту секцию не горящий, но и понятно что не несколько недель.
На данный момент есть человек который по примерам работ подходит пока что максимально, с запросом в 5 тысяч -
и на случай как раз если у нее не получится переделать, она попросила найти исполнителя тут на эту секцию

на макете можешь посмотреть, в основном на мобилке все идет вертикально и все
только появление одного блока буквально идет в виде "влёта с боку"

"бизнесменов" развелось на фрилансе.
Одна берет заказ на апворке, хотя нет верстальщика, идет на фрилансхант, чтобы по дешевке найти Украинского фрилансера у которого во время войны и так не особо много вариантов где денег заработать.
Тот соглашается, потому что деваться некуда, деньги нужны, НО не может реализовать одну секцию, хотя с самого начала это понимал.
Теперь ищет еще одного верстальщика с опытом таких анимаций, но проблема в том что ниже чем freelancehunt в этой цепочке делегирования уже сложно что-то найти дешевле.
Назревает вопрос: Зачем брать проекты в работу, которые не можешь выполнить, а проблемы решаешь во время проекта?
Вы даже не представляете как я люблю этот испорченный телефон:
Иностранный заказчик -> Дизайнер на апворк -> Фрилансер, который делает сайт за копейки на фх

Еще интересно то, что у самого явно нет опыта в таких анимациях. Согласился делать этот проект, убедил заказчицу, что все будет сделано.
