Head of Growth / Head of Growth e-commerce (MYSA)
We are MYSA, a young online store in the home textiles niche (bedding, bathrobes, towels, etc.).
The project is in the early stages of development: no chaos, no "budget drain," with a focus on the right foundation, numbers, and profit.
We are looking for a Head of Growth who can take charge of marketing and growth processes, rather than just performing individual tasks.
🔹 What is important to us
- we are a young store, the brand is not yet promoted;
- we are building a system, not temporary solutions;
- we need a person who thinks in terms of profit, not reports;
- payment is tied to results, not work imitation.
🔹 Main tasks
- formation and implementation of the online store growth strategy;
- control and coordination of contractors (PPC, SEO, copywriter, developer);
- task setting and checking their execution;
- participation in pricing, promotions, unique selling propositions, assortment;
- working with analytics (ROAS, CPA, conversion, profit);
- preparation of clear plans and understandable reports without "water".
What is NOT included in the work
- manual ad setup;
- writing texts;
- technical website development.
(These are performed by contractors — you manage the process and the result.)
🔹 Format of cooperation and payment
- Fixed $150-200
- + bonus for results (KPI)
The bonus is calculated as a % of additional net profit after the project becomes profitable.
KPIs are fixed in writing before the start.
Payment is based on results, not the number of actions.

- if a large fixed payment is needed without tying to results;

- if there is no experience working with numbers and profit.
