We are currently looking for a Head of PPC who will build the PPC department from scratch, establish processes, and become a key player in scaling our advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the structure and workflow of the PPC department from the ground up.
- Set up a system of reporting, monitoring, and quality control.
- Manage a team of PPC specialists (up to 5 people, with potential for growth).
- Analyze results and implement best practices to optimize processes.
- Work with large advertising budgets (six figures monthly).
- Collaborate with the founders and other company departments.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon PPC.
- 2+ years of experience managing a PPC team.
- Strong understanding of analytics and campaign optimization.
- Skills in building reporting and quality control systems.
- Experience working with large advertising budgets.
- Ability to build processes and effectively manage a team.
- English level: B1 or higher.
Working Conditions:
- Remote work format.
- Schedule: 10:00–19:00 Kyiv time, 5/2.
- Salary: $4,000—$6,000 (based on interview results).
