High-Volume YouTube Editor: Template-Based Videos/Month for Storytelling Channels

We're looking for a precise, efficient video editor who can follow standardized templates to produce high-volume faceless YouTube content. This is NOT a creative editing role - it's a systematic production position for someone who excels at following precise workflows at scale.

What You'll Do (Daily Workflow)

• Batch process 4-6 videos daily (2 for Victorian Romance, 2 for Luxury Revenge)
• Generate images of characters in each script and ensure its consistency.
• Follow pre-built templates with identical scene timing structure
• Apply standardized visual effects (parallax movements, vignettes, transitions)
• Implement audio layering system (voiceover + ambient bed + emotional punctuation)
• Maintain exact timing markers at 2:15, 5:48, 9:22, 12:37, 15:10
• Export videos with 0.3-second black frames at beginning/end

Required Skills

• Proficiency with video editing tool of choice (must have used it for batch processing)
• Canva expertise (must know how to create template-based thumbnails)
• Ability to follow precise instructions (not creative interpretation)
• Experience with AI-generated assets (no original creation needed)
• Basic audio editing (layering, volume balancing, breath sound placement)
• Must work 20 hours/week minimum (4 hours daily, 5 days/week)

Quality Control Metrics (MUST meet these)

• 0% variation from template visual structure
• Precise timing at all retention checkpoints (2:15, 5:48, etc.)
• Audio layer balance: VO 60%, Ambient 22%, SFX 18%, Subliminal 4%
• 0.3-second black frames at beginning and end of every video
• No text overlays on faces (YouTube moderation protection)

Ideal Candidate

• Has experience with batch video processing (not single creative projects)
• Understands YouTube algorithm requirements for faceless channels
• Can work efficiently without constant supervision
• Has completed 50+ similar videos in the past 6 months
• Has expertise with different AI tools and good at creating prompts.
