Choose two bags from the sheet (Trello) and perform them to the number.
It will be good if 2-3 bags will be completed for each checkpoint (to the delline).We work quietly and don’t have to do anything right away.
Important dates (checkpoints) are as follows:
1) 05.05 - 10:00 - 2 bags
2) 11.05 - 20:00 - 2 bags
3) 18.05 - 20:00 - 2 bags

нет, 2-3 таска каждой неделе могло бы быть сделано из 25 выполненных задач.
этот проект не на 100 процентов выполнение, так как в команде еще три человека будут задействованы.

Впринципе получается 25-30 процентов..
Но 2 таска тоже подойдет впольне каждому чекпойнту 😉 -
Сами понимаете, что никто не будет разбираться с вашим проектом, пока вы не выберете исполнителя. И не договоритесь конкретно, что когда и за сколько нужно сделать.

Вам нужно создать проект на GitHub или GinLab, а так как вы будите контролировать исполнение тасков разными людьми, проверять, что они там навояли, когда и кому таск поручили, когда и кто его завершил или не завершил. Вам нужно будет создавать ветки в основном проекте, потом сливать их в общий проект. Если у вас 33 таска, то как вы их собираетесь потом собирать до кучи, если раздадите оффлайновые задачи разным исполнителям.
