Project Description
The public organization “Another Woman” is looking for a team or company to perform a comprehensive redesign, recoding, and SEO optimization of the existing multi-page website. We are seeking one general contractor who will independently coordinate the work of all necessary specialists (UX/UI designers, developers, SEO experts, copywriters, etc.) and be responsible for the final result.

Main Tasks
- transfer the existing site from the Tilda platform to a modern CMS (WordPress or another modern platform with a full administrative panel);
- fully preserve the structure and transfer the existing content;
- create a modern UX/UI design with improved navigation logic and user experience;
- develop a responsive design for PCs, tablets, and mobile devices;
- optimize page loading speed;
- comprehensive SEO optimization;
- analyze existing texts, news, blog, and project pages;
- form a semantic core;
- recommendations for content structure and improvement;
- optimize internal linking;
- set up metadata;
- create a modern homepage;
- create a unique graphic style using artificial intelligence technologies (hero image, icons, banners, project covers);
- train organization representatives to work with the administrative panel.
Design
We expect a modern minimalist design using the organization's corporate colors:
The use of generative AI for creating unique graphic materials is encouraged. All illustrations must be created in high quality, optimized for the web, and not negatively impact the website's loading speed.
Project Goals
The main goal is to create a modern, fast, user-friendly, and scalable web resource that:
- increases the organization's visibility;
- improves interaction with visitors;
- allows the team to independently manage content;
- ensures a significant improvement in organic search results on Google;
- becomes an effective platform for presenting the organization's activities, projects, news, and attracting partners.
SEO
We expect a comprehensive approach to search engine optimization.
The contractor must propose:
- SEO audit;
- semantic core;
- recommendations for rewriting texts;
- improvements to the website structure;
- recommendations for the content plan.
The goal is to ensure maximum possible visibility of the site and achieve positions on the 1st–2nd pages of Google search results for relevant keywords (considering the competitiveness of queries and the time required for indexing).
What to Provide with the Proposal
Please attach:
- examples of completed websites;
- a brief description of your vision for the future redesign;
- a preliminary concept of the homepage or wireframe;
- an example of a hero image created using AI;
- brief recommendations for improving UX/UI;
- brief recommendations for SEO;
- an estimated timeline for the work;

How Proposals Will Be Evaluated
Preference will be given to contractors who offer:
- a comprehensive “turnkey” approach;
- one responsible contractor for the entire cycle of work;
- a modern vision of UX/UI;
- strong SEO expertise;
- experience in migrating websites from Tilda;
- a realistic execution schedule;
- a quality portfolio of similar projects;
- clear communication and a transparent work process.
