I run a growing YouTube channel, Journey Through History, focused on engaging storytelling about world history, mythology, archaeology, and ancient civilizations.
As the channel expands, I’m looking to collaborate with talented creatives who can help bring historical stories to life visually.
Roles
Video Editors
Editing long-form history videos using voiceover from a voice artist, images, maps, and historical footage. Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects preferred.
2D Artists / Illustrators
Creating historical visuals such as ancient cities, landscapes, cultural scenes, and mythological imagery.
2D Animators
Producing simple animated sequences, motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements.
Map Animation Specialists
Creating animated maps showing migrations, battles, empire expansion, and trade routes. Geolayer experience also helpful.
Image / Visual Researchers
Sourcing public-domain historical images, artwork, and archival material to support video production.

Requirements
Interest in history, archaeology, or mythology
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines
Portfolio or examples of previous work
Very happy to pay good rates for quality work. E.g. Minimum 20USD per minute of completed footage, but budget is very negotiable.
Collaboration
Work ideally ongoing per project, depending on the role and experience.
