I run a YouTube channel, Journey Through History, focused on cinematic storytelling about world history, mythology, and ancient civilization. With a revamp of the channel, I am aiming to be similar in style to channels like Para Bellum, Kings and Generals, and Epic History.

Due to time constraints, I’m no longer able to manage the full production process myself, but I remain deeply passionate about the channel and its long-term vision. I’m looking for a Storyboard Artist to become a key part of the production pipeline.

Role Overview

You will translate scripts and voiceovers into clear, structured visual plans that guide editors, animators, and artists.

Responsibilities

Break scripts into scenes aligned with narration
Define:
- Visual type (map, illustration, archive image, animation)
- Camera movement (zoom, pan, transitions)
- On-screen text and emphasis points
Ensure strong pacing and narrative clarity
Suggest improvements to visual storytelling

Deliverables

Full storyboard for each video (20–40 minutes)
Scene-by-scene structure (typically 40–120 frames, depending on pacing)
