Project Description:
We are looking for a cold calling specialist with fluent Vietnamese language skills to complete a test/short-term project.
What needs to be done:
- Make exactly 100 targeted (at least 2 minutes of conversation) outbound calls to potential clients in Vietnamese.
- Deadline: exactly 3–5 days from the project start date.
- Present the company's product/ecosystem (Fintech / AI Crypto solutions) using a prepared script and materials.
- Handle basic objections and record interested candidates/investors.
- Fill out a brief report on the results of the calls (CRM / Google Sheets).
Final Goal: Engage the potential client and send a registration link to the client.
Requirements for the performer:
- Fluent spoken Vietnamese language (C1/C2 / Native).
- Experience in telemarketing, cold sales, or call centers (experience in crypto/finance will be a plus).
- Clear speech, confidence on the phone, ability to handle objections.
- Availability of a quality headset, quiet workspace, and stable internet.
Criteria for successful results: Completion of exactly 100 calls (of 2 minutes) within 3–5 days with the provision of a report/recordings of calls and transfer of contacts of interested clients.
