Картинки там место занимают, если я правильно понял там стоит Opencart, а он по умолчанию при удалении товара с админки, картинку на сервере не удаляяет. Вот старые картинки и жрут место

сами по себе логи/журналы www/system/storage/logs/ занимают 23Gb. Отключить их в админке нельзя, судя по всему, либо удалять вручную, либо отключить парсинг, если он не нужен
удаление лога не повлияет на процесс
парсинга/обновления, просто создастся новый файл
але якщо відключити парсинг то не будуть оновлюватись товари . а треба щоб новлювались
