Чувствую себя не понятливым, но всё же:1. Есть товар с фиксированной ценой
2. пользователь с фронта добавляет рисунок к этому товару
3. Товар с этим рисунком отправляет в корзину
4. Формирует заказ и подтверждает его
5. Производит оплату и ждёт доставку
Алгоритм я описал верный? или что-то нужно добавить? Например:
сохранение новой конфигурации товара в базе данных под этим пользователем или что-то ещё?

Вы описали верный алгоритм, главное чтобы картинка с товаром и ценой попали на сервер и в админке менеджер смог ее от туда скачать. Сохранение нового товара с пользовательской картинкой чтобы он впоследствии был доступен для заказа другими пользователями не нужно, то есть один раз добавил картинку, заказал плитку , страницу обновил и можешь добавлять следующую
