I just tried in practice whether I can technically create a visualization of the drawing process, like in the video reference - and basically, I managed to achieve a similar result using a basic human example:

The only nuance: the maximum resolution of the video that I can record in this way (using the built-in recording tools of the Clip Studio Paint program, in which I draw) is 1280x720px - even though the resolution of the actual drawing is 1920*1080px.
But later, I think such a video can be upscaled or passed through certain filters in the video editor to make it look better and clearer. I partially demonstrated this in the second half of the video)
We can also consider other options - for example, creating the drawing in vector (in Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer), without simultaneously recording the process - and making the animation of drawing vector lines using some external program like After Effects, at the video editing stage - if that is possible (here we need to consult with your editor about how realistic this is).
Regarding the cost, it will depend on the chosen method of execution and my time spent on the work.
As a reference, 1 hour of my work costs 300 UAH.
To create 1 such image, I estimate that it may take from 2 hours to a day on average, so it is worth orienting towards a cost of 600 UAH per image and above.
