Мне нужен человек который знает толк в актуальности контента , что бы помочь сделать мне информационный сайт!)

Тогда вам явно не дизайнер нужен для идеи.
А маркетолог или журналист, например.

Тогда создайте сайт на тематику в которой разбираетесь, или на ту которая в тренде, но перед этим попробуйте разобраться в ней. Для этого погуглите хорошо.
