I want to create an assistant who will handle sales. (Make com or N8N, I haven't decided yet - maybe you can recommend what would be better)
Integrations that will be involved
- Tilda (exporting leads for AI calling)
- 11Labs
- Google Sheets or Airtable for recording the conversation result (Name, Phone, Positive or Negative outcome)
Tasks that need to work
1. Tilda - after a request on Tilda, a call from a sales agent is made
2. Connect Ukrainian Zadarma number in 11Labs via SIP
Instructions for the agent in 11Labs and the knowledge base for him will be prepared by me
3. Connect in the 11Labs chain
4. Export conversation results to Google Sheets or Table with call results. Phone, Name, Positive decision or Negative
