Good day . I can fulfill your task. I am a designer, not a designer. To create a graphic file with infographic I suggest to use one of the uncomplicated ready templates, for example, which are presented by this enhancement:

After filling out the template, I will write the xaml code, which will repeat the template appearance, and paint out some of the design elements dynamically.
I will write a report with an explanation of what and how it works.
