Нужно доступным языком описать инсталляцию и настройку MySQL Community Server.
Вопросов безопасности можно не касаться.
Будет замечательно, если вы сделаете и 2 видео урока к этой статье.
Нужно описать два варианта
1) Инсталляция и настройка MySQL с нуля
2) При установленном сервере - создание новой учетной записи используя MySQL Workbench.
Вот приблизительно написал вступление
"Если вы используете "Project Manager" в команде и хотите синхронизировать данные с другими пользователеми вы можете установить MySQL сервер.
Выберите для установки сервер, который всегда будет включен и любой пользователь сможет использовать общую базу данных в любое время.
Например это может быть ваш файловый сервер ( думаю это идеальный вариант! ) или один из компьютеров в сети, хотя как и было сказано ранее убедитесь, чтобы он был доступен в любое время.
Не рекомендуется устанавливать MySQL сервер на ваш Render сервер - процесс рендеринга зачастую может затребовать все ресурсы, так что MySQL сервер станет недоступен или может отвечать с задержками.
Впрочем в случае, если по какой-то причине MySQL сервер все таки оказался недоступен, Project Manager просто переключится на использование локальной базы данных."
