Order status periodically does not change
City does not always appear in the correct field from mydrop to 1C

What needs to be done:
Configure agent/scheduler for reliable automatic upload of waybills (from the first attempt)
Ensure synchronization of the “City” and “Dropper” fields from mydrop to 1C
Maintain exchange logs and send error notifications
