Integration of BAS/UNF with KeepinCRM via API (products, balances, prices)

We are looking for an experienced specialist who has already done integrations of 1C:Enterprise / BAS / UNF with external CRMs via API.
Project — set up a one-way integration from UNF to KeepinCRM for transferring products, stock balances, and purchase prices.

✔️ Tasks

It is necessary to implement the integration according to our approved technical specification. Briefly:

UNF must automatically transfer to KeepinCRM:

• SKU

• product name

• stock balance

• purchase price

• (optionally) selling price

The transfer is triggered:

• upon any change in UNF (arrival, write-off, return, transfer, inventory, revaluation)

• or on a schedule (cron)

The CRM accepts data only via API, CML files are not suitable.

✔️ Required skills of the performer

• experience in integrating BAS / UNF / 1C with external services via HTTP API (JSON, POST/PUT)

• confident understanding of BAS structure: directories, registers, event handlers

• experience working with Web services and authorization via API key

• ability to send data based on events (onWrite, onPost, etc.)

• understanding that CML transfer is not used here

🚫 Who we are not looking for

• those who only work with CML/CommerceML

• those who ask for "specific methods and instructions" — this is the performer's job

• those who cannot explain how event processing in BAS will be implemented

📌 Work results

• configured integration module in UNF

• transfer of products and balances to KeepinCRM according to the technical specification

• logging of exchanges (success/errors)

• short support instruction

Attention: the attached technical specification is preliminary, describing business logic, not technical implementation.
