То что Вы хотите можно сделать скриптом в ГТ, но тогда если вы обновите что-то в Shopify то в ГТ обновлений не будет.
На мой взгляд, оптимальный вариант для вас это добавление в ГТ, а обновление в Shopify. Тогда можете использовать сервисы типа тех что Вы упомянули.
