First step: I will check how Tilda sends product variants to the webhook — the most common reason for losing characteristics is an incorrect JSON structure (variants are sent as a separate object, while KeyCRM expects them in a specific field `offers`). Second: I will verify the field mapping in the KeyCRM integration settings and check if the funnels are linked to the correct order source. Third: I will test end-to-end with a real test order with several sizes and check the request log through the KeyCRM API log.
