What is important — you already have a correctly formed approach from the side of 1C (API, JSON, logging, statuses), which significantly simplifies the implementation from the side of OpenCart. I immediately see risk points — variations, SKUs, statuses, tracking numbers, synchronization. Without the correct architecture, this will break down within a week.

What I propose for OpenCart:

1. Order reception and processing:

2. Reverse exchange:
- updating statuses from 1C (payment, shipment, delivery)
- recording tracking numbers in orders
- displaying to the client

3. Integration with Nova Poshta:
- creating tracking numbers directly from OpenCart (via API)
- or receiving tracking numbers from 1C (if the logic will be there)

4. Managers:
- assigning orders to a manager
- displaying the status in progress
- so that other managers do not duplicate work

5. Search:
- implementing smart search (partial matches, normalization)
- possible use of LIKE / fulltext / Elasticsearch (if needed)

6. Customer history:
- searching by phone / full name
- displaying previous orders

7. Product synchronization:
- stock + prices via CRON from 1C
- updating by SKU

Regarding timelines, basic integration: 7–10 days, considering testing and refinements 10–14 days. Regarding cost €400 – €700, depending on the depth of integration with Nova Poshta + search.
