Hello, I carefully read the project brief and see that this is not just a task for transcribing calls but a full-fledged management decision-making system from the fact of the conversation to task assignment and performance monitoring.
My vision for implementation is as follows:
Connection to Zoom.
I would do this through Zoom Webhooks plus obtaining the recording and audio after the call. Next, we launch transcription and diarization to understand who exactly is speaking. If you have stable participants, you can add voice mapping to people or pull the list of participants from Zoom to label the replies as accurately as possible.
Saving the dialogue.
After the call ends, the service generates a structured transcript with participant, time, and reply, and saves it in Google Drive in a designated folder as a Google Doc or docx. This is done automatically without manual actions.
Analysis and extraction of decisions.
After saving the transcript, an LLM analysis is launched that highlights tasks, responsible persons, deadlines, and key agreements. It is important that the result is not just text but structured data in JSON format so that tasks can be reliably created in Trello without issues related to wording.
Approval with the director.
I would create a short approval flow where the director receives a generated list of tasks in a convenient format and can approve or request changes.
