Доброго дня. Не зрозуміло із пунктом "2. Проєкт повинен збиратися с застосуванням ESP IDF (версія 5+)".
Можу всі пункти реалізувати за допомогою бібліотеки TinyGSM (хоча там є нюанси).
TinyGSM це бібліотека для Arduino-фреймворка, який включає в себе також і ESP-Idf. Проект буде збиратися в Arduino-core для ESP32.

Arduino core не треба, існуючій проєкт збирається з ESP IDF , idf.py build потім idf.py -p /dev/... flash і тд . Інтеграція з SIM800 це тількі маленька частина існуючого проєкту.

Ясно. В такому випадку тільки писати свою реалізацію бібліотеки, TinyGSM не підійде.

Якщо не ардуино, то писати все з нуля)
Іншої опції нема?) Наприклад, адаптировать serial клас , якій є часткою ардуино і який TinyGSM застосовує для комунікації з SIM модулем?

Можливо, в теорії, й так робити, не шукаючи легких шляхів ) Але я таким займатись не візьмусь.
Ясно що якщо проект на чистому esp-idf, то вже нічого не поробиш. Тільки не розумію для чого шукати важкі шляхи, заради аби тільки не використовувати Arduino, яке тут би зекономило багато часу та ресурсів.
