Интеграция телефонии в CRM
Нужно написать PHP класс для работы с телефонией Asterisk. К Asterisk будет подключен GSM-шлюз, через который выполняются звонки и бегают смски.
Выполняемые действия в CRM: совершение звонков, отправка/прием смс, переадресации, удержание звонка, и прочий необходимый в работе функционал.
Требования к возможностям CRM:
- при входящем звонке, WebSocket отправляет в CRM вкладку(таб у какого-то блока) с номером и всей инфой по данному номеру из бд если такой номер имеется в ней.
- асинхронным запросом мы можем редактировать любой параметр клиента во время телефонного разговора, который сохранится в бд при event change к примеру

Если Вам нужен SIP веб клиент и плюшки к нему, то не сразу это понятно.

По реализации если это конечно не Dongle Huawei e1550 3G модем или схожее, то лучше сразу берете freeswitch или fusionPBX с ним внутри.
