Интегрировать api для сайта и немного доработать

Проблема в том что оно выдает информацию на английском, а нужно еще на русском, есть текста на русском, но нужно это все совместить и доработать, чтобы каждый юзер получал информацию на своем языке. Суть работы сервиса - это составление натальной карты, нужно так же сделать так чтобы небольшая часть информации юзеру выдавалась сразу на сайте, а дальше после оплаты услуги - человеку на почту должна приходить вся информация в pdf формате.
