I will do this via webhook: Webflow, when submitting the form, sends data to a small service (Node.js), which maps the fields and immediately creates a lead/deal in KeyCRM through their API, linked to the required pipeline. If a direct webhook from Webflow cannot be set up and applications only go to email, I will parse incoming emails via IMAP and make the same API call to KeyCRM. Both options will be implemented without unnecessary intermediate services like Zapier, to avoid dependency on third-party subscriptions.
