Interactive Avatar (Heygen x Zoom)

Project Description: Automated Interview System Using HeyGen and Zoom

Project Goal:Develop a system that automatically conducts interviews with candidates using virtual avatars from HeyGen and the Zoom platform. After the interview is completed, the system should create a summary of the conversation and save it in the database.

Functional Requirements:

1. Sending Invitations:

   • The system automatically sends emails to candidates with an invitation to the interview, containing a unique link to the Zoom conference.

2. Conducting the Interview:

   • When connecting to the Zoom conference, the candidate interacts with a virtual avatar created using HeyGen.

   • The avatar should be able to ask questions, respond to the candidate's remarks, and maintain a dialogue in real-time.

3. Creating the Interview Summary:

   • After the interview is completed, the system automatically generates a brief summary of the conversation, including key points and the candidate's responses.

4. Data Storage:

   • The generated summary and recording of the interview are saved in the database for further analysis and decision-making.

Technical Requirements:

• Integration with HeyGen:

  • Utilizing HeyGen's capabilities to create interactive avatars capable of conversing with candidates in Zoom.

  • Ensuring synchronization of speech and facial expressions of the avatar to create realistic interaction.

• Integration with Zoom:

  • Automatically generating unique links to Zoom conferences for each candidate.

  • Ensuring stable connection and data transfer between Zoom and the system.

• Data Processing and Analysis:

  • Developing algorithms for automatically creating interview summaries based on dialogue.

  • Storing data in a structured format in the database for further searching and analysis.

Requirements for the Contractor:

• Experience working with the HeyGen and Zoom APIs.

• Knowledge of technologies for speech processing and synthesis.

• Skills in working with databases and information storage systems.

• Understanding the principles of developing interactive systems and user interfaces.
