Interior Architect for the project
We are developing a premium resort in Bali approximately 3500-4000 m2 and are looking for an experienced Interior Architect / technical interior designer who can prepare a complete set of working drawings and material specifications for construction based on the approved renders.

Scope of work:
Translate the approved renders from our Interior Designer into a complete set of working drawings for construction.
Include material selection (brand, collection, article, color, size) with direct approval from the owner and designer.
Prepare the following drawings and documents:
Sections
Details
Floor plans with material codes
Ceiling plans with light fixture locations
Wall finish plan
Schedule and details of doors and windows
Detailed plans for all rooms and bathrooms
Lighting and outlet layout diagram
Shop drawings for custom products
Complete set “For Construction”
Furniture drawings
Integration of material details into drawings (with links and specifications)
What needs to be delivered:
Complete set of working drawings in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD / Revit (to be discussed).
Material Schedule with codes, descriptions, and links.
Files in editable format + PDF for the construction team.
Requirements:
Experience as an Interior Architect / technical interior designer on hospitality or large real estate projects.
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate drawings.
Attention to detail, understanding of installation and construction technology.
