We are looking for a remote specialist for project work on processing requests and preparing commercial proposals for metal structures.
Main tasks:
— read drawings in PDF/DWG/IFC;
— calculate the weight of metal structures;
— prepare calculations in Excel;
— calculate the cost of materials, cutting, welding, painting, galvanizing, and installation;
— prepare commercial proposals for clients;
— assist with client responses if necessary.
Requirements:
— experience with metal structures;
— understanding of production, welding, painting, and hot galvanizing;
— confident use of Excel;
— ability to read technical drawings;
— attention to detail.
It would be a plus:
— experience as a cost engineer, production engineer, KM/KMD, or estimator;
— knowledge of English;
— experience preparing commercial proposals for a manufacturing company.
Work format:
