Metal staircase
EngineeringDeveloped and manufactured a reliable and practical metal ladder made of steel tubes and coated with electrostatic powder paint. The structure consists of longitudinal and transverse elements made from 40x25x2 mm tube, while the steps are made from 30x20x3 mm tube. For additional safety, each step is covered with a curved aluminum anti-slip plate secured with rivets.
In addition to the 3D model, a 2D drawing was prepared for external production. The ladder was made strictly according to the dimensions and requirements of the client and was successfully delivered on time.
