Ionic audio player interface

основні вимоги до інтерфейсу:
Tap player window to pause or play.
A user can tap anywhere on the screen while the player window is open to pause or play.
> Open an audio file on Soundcloud.
Drag left or right in player window to move backward and forward over a short range of time.
While the user can use their thumb to hold down the full length player and move the position of the player head across the full length of the audio clip, the user should also be able to hold down on the screen anywhere outside of the full length player and move their finger to the left to go backwards up to 20 seconds and to the right to go forwards 20 seconds. We may increase or decrease the range of time.
> See VLC media player, open up a video (not audio file), and drag your finger on the screen left or right.
Show a short range audio wave with the current time in the center.
Above the full length player is a short range audio wave with the player head in the center. As the audio plays, the wave moves. As the user moves their thumb to the left or right on the screen outside the full length player, the player head moves accordingly.

When dragging the short range playback, audio is heard softly.
In video or audio editing software, when someone moves the player head, they can hear the playback at the speed they’re moving it. This is like how with analog records, people could spin the player backwards or forwards and it would still play. This will be an added, experimental feature.
