Two native apps. One in Swift, the second one in Java. The Java for Android should be the first. 

Are these apps written recently?

For Android, Kotlin is currently used in development.

They were written in 2016-2019. That's why we need the code only to be analysed and some examples of problems need to be highlighted (for the confirmation the job was done very badly). We don't need the code to be corrected.

And you'd be able to provide a full report and sign it as a person with formal IT qualifications? With examples and showing that terrible coding versus hardtop correct (all in english)?

And we would like to to have the possibility to correct the design of the report so that it's very clean as it would serve as an official document. 

And access on the Mac of my colleague would be the best option. 

I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science.

I have sufficient qualifications to assess the application code and prepare a report.

But what you are asking for (and you need an expert opinion that the code is obviously bad, and it is not clear for what purpose you will use it further) is a report with a signature - how will the situation develop further?

Will you involve the person who created the report as a third party in court, or do you just want to show the fact that the previous developers did a bad job in order to simply change the contractor?

I will tell you a secret that all the code and all the approaches that were used will then be bad :), because over these 5 years, the requirements for application development have changed very much ....

We would use the report to officially refuse to pay the bills because the app works only partially and is not modifiable, because it was coded by Indian developers with very bad Swiss supervision (Java Android especially). 

By the way, this work would be be done for my Swiss colleague. I am just helping him find the right person, but he would give all the directions and he could show you examples himself since he's quite familiar with the code.
