Требования:
Приветствуется опыт работы оператором call-центра или менеджером по продажам на телефоне
Приветствуется опыт совершения холодных звонков
Уверенный пользователь MS Office и Google Docs
Ответственность на 201%, стрессоустойчивость, обучаемость, доброжелательность, пунктуальность
Грамотная речь, четкая дикция, внимательность, дисциплинированность
Желание работать на результат
Необходим личный компьютер, компьютерная гарнитура, надежный доступ в Интернет
Обязанности:
«Холодные» и «теплые» звонки потенциальным клиентам по готовым речевым скриптам и контактам.
Достижение поставленной цели в разговоре.
Работа с возражениями
Работа с внутренней системой Call-центра
Условия работы:
Работа из дома (полностью удаленная работа)
График работы: 5/2, полный день или полдня — на выбор
Оплата: фиксированная часть плюс премия по результатам работы
Трудоустройство: после испытательного срока по желанию возможно оформление договоров по ТК РФ
