Нужно собрать интерфейс портала на подходящем html шаблоне, адаптировав его к нашим требованиям.
Как минимум с вас только статика, к cms(python+flask) подключим сами.
Как максимум полноценное участие в проекте, вся работа над фронтэндом(js, ajax, gulp).
Сейчас куплен шаблон CoralKit(http://cdn.mosaicpro.biz/coral/php/front/index.htm....). Можете предложить другой.
Работы много - нужно сверстать текстовые страницы, интерфейс для пользователей и администраторов. Работа через asana и skype.
