Here’s what I would start with to grow your channel:

1. Positioning and a unified style.
It sounds like general words, but I looked at the channel and right now it looks like a collection of videos from different channels. Moreover, there is an obvious attempt to promote your business projects directly. Promoting projects is fine, but the primary focus should be on the value of the content for viewers, and then subtly offering your services.
Different speakers are also fine, but the viewer should clearly see a unified message across all videos – we are such-and-such, creating content for such-and-such. Something should unite the channel to form a loyal audience.

2. SEO component.
For example, the description mentions the topics of the channel, but there is not a word about the fact that it is about Poland (!).
… Also, for algorithms, it is important to determine the language (currently the description is in Ukrainian, videos are in Ukrainian, Russian, and even English).

I would focus on titles, previews, and descriptions of videos. Taking your latest video as an example (How freelancers can legally accept payments…), here’s what I think is wrong:
1. The title does not mention that it is about Poland, meaning a video with such a title could very well concern freelancers from the Russian Federation.
2. It looks like a presentation of a specific product. I would make it generally about payments for freelancers worldwide, and in the process, I would talk about your product and its advantages. In other words, right now your video is "Our product is good for payments," while I would make it in the style of "Learn everything about payments, and by the way, we have a product that will take the headache out of it."
3. A link directly in the title may be useful for the website, but it is TERRIBLY HARMFUL for promoting the video itself.

- Experience in marketing – 7+ years
- Experience in SEO copywriting, and in your field, optimization for queries is important.
- I understand the essence of your channel well. I have lived in Poland for 10 years and have gone through all possible levels of bureaucracy. Freelancer, interested in finance.
- I have examples of publications that gained a lot of views: starting from VK (many years ago), to TikTok and Threads. I love and know how to play with analytics.
- I have a JDG – I can issue invoices.
- Extensive viewing experience on YouTube: I am interested in promotion.

My disadvantage for this position:
- I do not have solid experience in promoting a specific channel, but I have interacted with YouTube in various formats. Moreover, there are many general rules on most platforms that I am well familiar with.
