Нужен человек, который готов выполнить фронт для онлайн редактора изображений. Для разработки подойдет React, Angular или Vue. Бекенд готов только частично... API еще нет вообще, так что придется использовать тестовые данные.

Опыт 2 года в разработке сайтов как статических так и динамических.
Для вашей задачи можно спокойно использовать React. Если смотрите в сторону и back-end части, то лучше всего использовать next.js (если nodejs), хотелось бы более детально посмотреть на проект, так сложно сказать.
Говоря за вёрстку (без неё никак) для удобности можно использовать связку jsx и sass/less, тут как скажете.
Работаю с MERN стеком, опыт в написании back-end есть.
