Currently, I need help managing advertising in Mexico and America for real estate sales from a developer. The goal is to make sure people call, are interested in buying an apartment, and purchase real estate.
Conversions are set up for the feedback form submission and for WhatsApp messenger.
Everything is connected and analytics are configured with the advertising account, Google Tag Manager tags and triggers are set up. All connections work well.
It is necessary to fine-tune Google advertising and Facebook targeted advertising. The ads are partially set up but need further configuration. Select keywords in English and Spanish. If there are questions about keywords, I can advise or clarify.
On Facebook, there are also some ads set up, but they need to be scaled.
P.S. The advertising is already launched and working. We need to analyze the existing traffic together, increase conversions and leads.

P.S. I do not need your figures from the advertising account; what is important is your knowledge and understanding of these tools. The ability to set up and manage advertising and achieve the advertising goals. I am not interested in people who say they can set up ads but do not guarantee results. I understand there are reasons why results may not be achieved, and these need to be identified and addressed. Form hypotheses, conduct experiments to reach the desired outcome.

I spend money on advertising to find clients, negotiate with clients. I control that the client pays on time. I will consult with you on the project price. From the project profit, we split 50/50. Your only task is to manage the project quality. I will also help you with what I know about the project.
